ESGE M 200 BBQ 10 L staafmixer 200 W zwart, chroom

The Immersion blender ESGE M 200 BBQ is a handheld stick blender designed for preparing marinades, dips and dressings. Powered by a robust 200 W AC motor "Made in Switzerland," it offers two selectable speeds — 12,000 rpm and 17,000 rpm — and comes with a range of accessories including a multi-blade, beating disc, meat knife, cup set, powder disc and a practical processor attachment. The housing combines metal and plastic for durability, and the 1.5 m cord and 10 L bowl capacity support flexible use in home or small professional kitchens.

Advantages

The ESGE M 200 BBQ provides high rotational speeds for fine chopping, mincing, pureeing and whisking, driven by a durable AC motor. Safety is ensured by a twin-switch control. Supplied accessories expand functionality to process spices, nuts and smaller quantities with a powder disc, while the included processor attachment enables efficient grinding and chopping. The combination of metal and plastic housing increases longevity and the 1.5 m cord allows comfortable reach.

How to use

Assemble the required attachment (multi-blade, beating disc, meat knife or processor) before connecting the unit to a 220–240 V outlet. Operate the twin-switch safety control to select the desired speed (12,000 rpm for coarser processing or 17,000 rpm for finer results). Use the blender in short pulses for chopping or continuous runs for purees and whisking. For grinding small quantities of spices or nuts, fit the powder disc in the processor bowl. After use, disconnect from the mains and clean attachments according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, start at the lower speed to control texture and increase to the higher speed as needed. Do not operate the motor continuously for extended periods; allow short cooling intervals to preserve the AC motor. Use appropriate attachments for each task and avoid processing very hard or frozen items that could damage blades.
