How to use

Place the UPS in the chosen orientation (rack-mounted or tower) and connect it to a grounded AC supply. Attach critical devices to the UPS output sockets and start the UPS according to the supplied user guide. The unit will supply conditioned mains power during normal operation and switch to battery during outages or when input voltage moves outside acceptable ranges. Monitor load levels to avoid sustained overloads and follow manufacturer guidance for battery maintenance and replacement intervals.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, calculate the combined power draw of connected equipment to ensure it remains within the 800 W limit. Allow ventilation space around the unit, perform periodic battery self-tests if available, and store replacement batteries per the manufacturer's temperature and handling guidance. Regularly save work and configure orderly shutdown procedures for connected servers and workstations to make full use of the UPS battery runtime.
