USB-hub j5create JUH340 4-poorts USB 3.0 zwart aluminium

The j5create JUH340 is a high-performance 4‑port USB 3.0 hub in a black aluminium housing that enables connection of up to four USB devices with SuperSpeed data transfer up to 5 Gbps. It is backward compatible with USB 2.0 (480 Mbps) and USB 1.1 (12 Mbps) devices, and uses a USB 3.2 Gen 1 (Micro‑B) host interface with four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type‑A ports. The hub supports high‑bandwidth peripherals such as external drives, high‑resolution webcams, video surveillance cameras, digital video cameras and multi‑channel audio devices, and also provides fast charging for smartphones, tablets and iPad® devices. The unit is powered from AC and features a durable black aluminium enclosure.

Advantages

The aluminium casing offers durability and helps dissipate heat during continuous operation. Four USB 3.0 Type‑A ports deliver SuperSpeed transfers up to 5 Gbps while maintaining full backward compatibility with USB 2.0 and 1.1. AC power support ensures stable operation with bus‑powered or high‑power peripherals, and the hub also supports fast charging for mobile devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting external hard drives and SSDs for fast data transfer
• Attaching high‑resolution webcams and video cameras for streaming or surveillance
• Connecting multi‑channel audio interfaces and USB audio devices
• Charging smartphones, tablets and iPad® while connected to a computer

How to use

Connect the hub to your host computer using the USB 3.2 Gen 1 Micro‑B cable provided, then plug USB devices into the four Type‑A ports. For high‑power devices or multiple simultaneous drives, connect the hub to AC power to ensure stable operation. The connected devices will operate at the maximum mutually supported USB speed (SuperSpeed for USB 3.0 devices, lower speeds for USB 2.0/1.1 devices). Fast charging is available on compatible ports when the hub is connected to AC power.

Recommendations

Use high‑quality USB 3.0 cables for best transfer performance and connect the AC power supply when using multiple high‑current devices to avoid power-related disconnects.
