How to use

Place the bag with food inside the chamber or position the open end on the sealing strip according to the manufacturer's instructions. Select the desired mode—vacuum seal to remove air and then weld the bag, or seal only for heat-sealing without vacuum. Start the cycle and wait until the process completes and the indicator shows readiness. For sous-vide use, vacuum-seal raw ingredients in appropriate bags and follow cooking temperatures and times recommended for the recipe.

Recommendations

Use bags and rolls compatible with heat sealing and vacuum packaging. Trim excess bag material to ensure a straight sealing edge. For moist or liquid foods, pre-freeze briefly to prevent liquids from being drawn into the vacuum channel. Clean the sealing area after use and allow the device to cool between long cycles to maintain consistent performance.
