How to use

Place the unit on a stable, dry surface and connect to a grounded outlet. Prepare food in appropriate vacuum bags or containers, leaving sufficient headspace according to bag instructions. Insert the open end of the bag into the sealing channel, close the lid according to the product’s mechanism and start the vacuum cycle. The machine will extract air and automatically perform the heat seal when the correct vacuum level is reached. For sous‑vide use, ensure seals are intact and follow temperature and time guidelines for the specific food.

Recommendations

Use bags specified for vacuum sealing and wipe the sealing area clean before each cycle to ensure reliable seals. For moist or liquid-rich foods, consider using a partial vacuum or pre-freezing small portions to avoid liquid entering the pump. Allow the stainless steel housing to cool between extended sessions and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions to maintain performance.
