Electricians and homeowners upgrading interior lighting will appreciate the VCX WESA LC 03C, a single-pole switch with a built-in neon indicator that glows softly in the dark, making it easy to locate in hallways, bedrooms, or stairwells. Its black thermoplastic housing blends with modern decor and pairs seamlessly with other WESA series frames.

Why choose it

The neon illumination eliminates fumbling for the switch in the dark, while the robust rocker mechanism is tested for over 40,000 operations. Its compact design fits standard 60mm mounting boxes, and the screw terminals ensure a secure, maintenance-free connection. The black finish resists fingerprints and scratches, keeping the switch looking new for years.

Ideal use cases

• Residential lighting control in bedrooms, corridors, and living rooms
• Commercial spaces such as offices, hotels, and retail stores
• Retrofit projects where existing wiring and boxes are reused
• Applications requiring a visible switch location at night

Good to know

The switch is CE certified and rated for indoor use only (IP20), with an operating temperature range of -5°C to +40°C. It does not require a neutral wire for the neon indicator, simplifying installation in older buildings. Always isolate the circuit before installation and use a qualified electrician if unsure.
