Veiligheidskabel EUROLITE UNV-35FB 6x1000mm voor lasten tot 35 kg

EUROLITE UNV-35FB safety rope, construction 6x1000mm, is designed as a compact secondary restraint to reduce the risk of accidental drops during installation, transport and operation of small equipment. The rope supports loads up to 35 kg and is suitable for securing lighting fixtures, small hoists, stage hardware and similar items where a reliable backup connection is required. The flexible construction and 1,000 mm length enable easy routing and attachment in cramped rigging situations while keeping a low profile when not under load.

Advantages

The safety rope offers a predictable load capacity for secondary securing of equipment up to 35 kg, with a compact 6 mm construction that balances strength and flexibility. Its 1,000 mm length provides enough reach for most standard fixtures and rigging points while remaining easy to coil and store. The rope’s construction minimizes bulk, allowing installers to use it as a permanent backup or temporary restraint without significantly altering the equipment layout.

Key specifications

How to use

Attach one end of the safety rope to a certified anchor point on the fixture or device and the other end to a fixed building or rigging point rated for the intended load. Use appropriate connectors (e.g., carabiners, shackles or rated quick links) compatible with the rope diameter and the anchor hardware. Ensure all connections are properly closed and that the rope is routed to avoid sharp edges or abrasion points. Do not use the rope as a primary load-bearing lifeline; it is intended as a secondary safety restraint only.

Recommendations

Inspect the rope and connectors before each use for signs of wear, fraying, corrosion or damage. Replace the rope if any damage is found or if it has been subjected to an overload event. Follow local safety regulations and the equipment manufacturer’s instructions when installing and using this secondary restraint.
