Key specifications

How to use

Place the bump cap on the head and adjust the internal sizing mechanism or strap to achieve a snug, secure fit within the stated size range. Ensure the cap sits level on the head and covers the areas intended for protection. The cap is intended for protection against minor impacts and bumps; it is not a replacement for full industrial safety helmets where those are required.

Recommendations

Use this bump cap in environments where EN 812 bump protection is suitable. Do not use it as a substitute for helmets certified to other standards for high-energy impacts or penetration resistance. Inspect the cap before each use for visible damage; replace it if the protective insert or shell shows cracks, deformations, or other signs of compromise. Follow company PPE rules regarding embroidered or modified items.
