Ventilator NZXT F120 RGB DUO 12 cm wit 500-1800 RPM 2.42 mmH2O

The NZXT F120 RGB DUO is a 120 mm white case fan with dual-sided RGB lighting and a speed range of 500–1800 RPM. It delivers up to 2.42 mmH2O static pressure and runs on 12 V, combining efficient airflow and customizable lighting to fit a variety of PC builds.

Advantages

Dual-sided lighting with 20 individually addressable RGB LEDs provides vivid color control visible from multiple angles. PWM control keeps the fan quiet at low loads while allowing higher speeds when cooling demand increases. Corner-mounted rubber dampeners reduce vibration noise for quieter operation.

Suitable for

• Case cooling for mid-tower and full-tower PC builds
• Radiator use in liquid cooling loops requiring 120 mm fans
• Systems where customizable RGB lighting is desired

Key specifications

• Fan diameter: 120 mm
• Speed: 500–1800 RPM (PWM)
• Maximum static pressure: 2.42 mmH2O
• Voltage: 12 V
• Colour: White
• Lighting: 20 individually addressable RGB LEDs, dual-sided

How to use

Install the fan in your case or on a radiator using the appropriate screws, aligning the airflow direction as needed. Connect the power and PWM control cable to the motherboard or a fan controller and attach the RGB connector to an NZXT-compatible header or controller. Use NZXT CAM software to configure RGB effects and adjust fan curves for desired cooling performance.

Recommendations

For balanced acoustics and cooling, set a PWM fan curve that keeps the fan near its lower RPM range during idle and increases speed progressively under load. Ensure the RGB controller or header used supports individually addressable LEDs to access full lighting control.
