Verbatim 43888 optisch station Blu-Ray DVD Combo zwart

The Verbatim 43888 Optical Disc Drive is a Blu‑Ray DVD Combo drive designed for installation in compatible laptop systems. It offers top disc loading in a compact black enclosure and connects through a Serial ATA III interface. The drive reads Blu‑Ray and DVD media and writes to BD‑R discs at up to 6x, with BD read performance up to 4x. It is compatible with common desktop operating systems and intended for users who need optical media playback, archiving or data transfer capabilities in a slim laptop form factor.

Advantages

The drive combines Blu‑Ray reading and DVD recording capabilities in a single unit suitable for laptop integration. Its Serial ATA III interface provides a direct internal connection with standard laptop SATA bays. The top load mechanism reduces the drive's external profile and simplifies disc insertion. With BD‑R write speed up to 6x and BD read speed up to 4x, the unit balances reliable media writing and playback. The black finish integrates with most laptop designs and the compact weight keeps the overall system light.
