Verbindingsstuk voor koelsysteem BitsPower BP-TR-C — messing constructie, zilveren afwerking

BitsPower BP-TR-C is a brass T-rotary fitting with a silver-coloured nickel finish, engineered for liquid cooling loops in custom PC builds. The fitting features a true hi-flow design and 360-degree rotation, allowing flexible hose or tube routing and efficient coolant circulation. Constructed from high-quality brass with a corrosion-resistant surface treatment, this fitting is intended for applications where mechanical durability and long-term reliability are required.

Advantages

The brass construction provides strong mechanical resistance and improved longevity compared with many non-metallic fittings. A silver nickel finish enhances corrosion resistance and maintains a consistent appearance in metal-focused custom loops. The true hi-flow geometry reduces flow restriction, while the 360-degree rotary action simplifies alignment during installation and maintenance. The fitting is compliant with RoHS standards.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops requiring metal fittings
• Systems where a T-connection with rotational adjustment is needed
• High-flow radiator and pump connections in enthusiast builds
• Setups prioritizing corrosion resistance and mechanical durability

Key specifications

• Material: brass
• Finish: silver-coloured nickel plating
• Connection type: T-rotary fitting with 360° rotation
• Thread standard: G1/4" (two threaded ports plus one branch)
• Flow characteristic: hi-flow design to minimize restriction
• Compliance: RoHS

How to use

Install the fitting into compatible thread ports in your liquid cooling loop using the G1/4" threaded connections. Ensure mating components and tubing are compatible with metal fittings and that sealing surfaces and o-rings are properly seated. Tighten by hand initially, then use appropriate tools to secure without over-torquing; the 360-degree rotation allows you to orient the branch after the main threads are engaged. Perform a leak test after installation before powering the system.

Recommendations

Use with compatible coolant formulations and soft tubing or hardline components specified for metal fittings. Inspect sealing o-rings periodically and replace if hardened or deformed. Avoid excessive torque during installation to prevent damage to threads or housings.
