The Herlitz Packaging Film 11387255 is a transparent polyethylene film on a 5 m roll with a 40 cm width, designed for wrapping and protecting goods. Advantages

This transparent polyethylene film combines clarity and tear resistance to protect items without obscuring labels or appearance. Its 40 cm width covers medium-sized objects efficiently, and the 5 m length ensures multiple uses per roll for light to moderate packaging tasks. The material is flexible for conforming to irregular shapes and provides a hygienic surface that is easy to clean.

Suitable for

• Wrapping parcels and envelopes for postal or courier delivery
• Protecting retail goods and samples on display
• Bundling items for storage or small-scale shipping
• Covering documents, books or printed materials to prevent surface damage

Key specifications

• Material: transparent polyethylene (PE)
• Roll width: 40 cm
• Roll length: 5 m
• Color: transparent / clear
• Application: manual cutting and wrapping

How to use

Cut the required length from the roll using scissors or a blade, then wrap the film around the item ensuring overlap and smooth contact to reduce air pockets. For parcels, align the film so labels remain visible and secure the ends with adhesive tape if needed. When covering irregular shapes, stretch gently to conform the film without excessive force to avoid thinning or tearing.

Recommendations

Store the roll in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to preserve material strength. For prolonged storage or heavier loads, consider combining the film with additional protective layers such as padded wrap or corrugated boards. Dispose of used film according to local recycling guidelines for polyethylene materials.
