Verstelbare schroefsleutel Bahco 8072 C

The Adjustable spanner Bahco 8072 C is a precision hand tool designed for general fastening and maintenance tasks. It features a chrome-plated finish that improves corrosion resistance and simplifies cleaning. With a total length of 255 mm and a jaw width of 31 mm, the spanner balances reach and access for a wide range of nut and bolt sizes while offering a durable steel construction and an overall weight of approximately 400 g for steady handling.

Advantages

The chrome-plated finish protects the tool from rust and wear, extending service life in workshop and field conditions. High-quality steel construction provides strength and resistance to deformation under load. The adjustable jaw allows quick adaptation to different fastener sizes without switching tools, while the 255 mm length gives good leverage for common tightening and loosening tasks. The tool’s weight and balance support controlled operation and comfortable one-hand use.

Suitable for

• Automotive repair and maintenance
• Plumbing and pipe fittings
• Assembly and disassembly of machinery
• General household repairs
• On-site service and maintenance work

Key specifications

• Overall length: 255 mm
• Maximum jaw width: 31 mm
• Material: high-quality steel
• Surface finish: chrome-plated
• Weight: approximately 400 g

How to use

Open the adjustable jaw by turning the adjustment mechanism until the opening matches the fastener size, then place the jaw over the nut or bolt and tighten the mechanism for a snug fit. Apply steady torque with the handle while maintaining alignment to avoid slipping and protect the fastener edges. After use, clean debris from the jaw and mechanism and store the spanner in a dry place to maintain the chrome-plated surface.

Recommendations

The tool is suitable for a wide range of tasks but should not be used as a hammer or lever for prying. For high-torque industrial applications, use a tool rated for greater torque to prevent damage. Regularly inspect the adjustment mechanism and jaws for wear and lubricate the moving parts occasionally to ensure smooth operation.
