How to use

Select the desired bench angle by adjusting the backrest to one of the available incline positions, ensuring the locking mechanism engages. Secure your feet under the leg lock when performing sit-ups or decline-style movements to maintain stability. Attach or hold the resistance rubber bands according to the exercise—anchor them to fixed points on the bench or hold handles for band-resisted presses, rows or leg movements. Always confirm the bench is on a level surface and perform controlled repetitions with appropriate weight or band tension.

Recommendations

Inspect the bench and resistance bands before each session for wear or damage. Use the leg lock only as intended for stabilization and avoid sudden, jerky movements when transitioning angles. Combine free weights and band resistance gradually to progress load while maintaining correct form.
