How to use

Remove the existing band by sliding the quick-release pin inward to release the spring bar, then align the replacement band with the watch lug and press the spring bar into place until it clicks. Adjust the buckle to a comfortable tension so the watch sits securely on the wrist without restricting circulation. Clean the band periodically with mild soap and water and allow it to dry before reattaching.

Recommendations

For prolonged comfort during long runs, adjust the band so it is snug but allows slight movement; avoid overtightening. Rinse the band after exposure to saltwater or heavy perspiration and dry thoroughly to maintain material quality. Replace the quick-release pins if they show signs of wear to ensure continued secure attachment.
