Key specifications

How to use

Install the busbar holder at the required positions within the enclosure according to the electrical layout and clearance requirements. Secure the holder to the mounting rail or panel using appropriate fasteners and torque values compatible with the enclosure manufacturer’s instructions. Place the busbar into the holder, verify alignment and clearance from adjacent conductive parts, and tighten any retaining elements to ensure firm fixation. Follow safety procedures and de-energize circuits before performing installation or adjustments.

Recommendations

Select holders at positions that maintain required creepage and clearance distances. Verify material compatibility with the operating environment and follow the switchgear manufacturer’s installation instructions. Periodically inspect mounts for tightness and signs of corrosion or mechanical wear, and retighten or replace components as needed to maintain secure busbar support.
