Verzendenvelop MAILmedia C4 229×324 mm 40 mm bruin zelfklevend

Folding shipping bag MAILmedia C4 229×324 mm with a 40 mm gusset in brown is designed for sending documents and flat items that fit C4 dimensions. The self-adhesive closure provides a secure seal without the need for additional tape. The bag is foldable to save storage space and suits postal services, e-commerce shipments and internal office dispatches.

Advantages

The bag combines a slim profile for standard C4 contents with a 40 mm gusset that accommodates thicker stacks or small goods. The self-adhesive strip enables fast and reliable closure while maintaining a neat external appearance. Its brown outer surface hides minor scuffs and is compatible with standard postal labelling. The foldable design reduces warehouse footprint and simplifies handling in packing lines.

Suitable for

• Sending printed materials, documents and certificates in C4 format
• E-commerce shipments of flat products such as brochures, calendars and thin catalogs
• Office mailing and archiving of correspondence
• Businesses requiring fast, tape-free sealing for regular postal dispatch

Key specifications

• External size suitable for C4 contents: 229 × 324 mm
• Gusset width: 40 mm to allow thicker inserts or multiple sheets
• Color: brown outer surface for discreet appearance
• Closure type: self-adhesive strip for quick sealing
• Foldable design for compact storage and transport

How to use

Insert the documents or flat items so they sit comfortably within the C4 dimensions without overfilling the gusset. Peel off the protective liner covering the self-adhesive strip and press the flap firmly along the seal to close. For heavier or bulky contents, ensure the material sits evenly in the gusset and press along the entire adhesive area to maintain a continuous bond. Label or print shipment information on the outer surface as required by the carrier.

Recommendations

Store the bags flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance. For long-distance or heavy shipments, consider additional reinforcement such as a narrow strip of tamper-evident tape over the seal and use clear addressing to meet postal requirements.
