Verzendenvelop MAILmedia C4 287380 zelfklevend met venster, wit

MAILmedia C4 287380 mailing bag is a white self-adhesive envelope with an integrated transparent address window, designed to hold C4-format documents and similarly sized flat items. The bag features a peel-and-seal closure that secures contents for postal handling while the window allows recipient details to be visible without additional labelling. Constructed for routine office and e-commerce dispatches, this mailer combines simple packing with consistent presentation for outgoing correspondence and shipments.

Advantages

The mailing bag provides quick, tamper-resistant closure through a strong adhesive strip, reducing time spent preparing envelopes. The built-in address window eliminates the need for separate address labels and helps ensure accurate delivery information is visible. Its white outer surface offers a neutral, professional look suitable for corporate and retail use, while the C4 size accommodates unfolded A4 documents and flat promotional materials. The lightweight construction helps control postage costs while keeping contents protected during transit.

Suitable for

• Sending unfolded A4 documents, certificates and contracts
• E-commerce shipments of flat items such as booklets, brochures and catalogs
• Mailing invoices, statements and printed correspondence
• Bulk mailing and office dispatch operations

Key specifications

• Format: C4, suitable for A4 documents without folding
• Closure type: self-adhesive peel-and-seal strip
• Outer colour: white
• Address window: transparent window for recipient details
• Construction: lightweight protective mailer for flat items

How to use

Insert the C4 document or flat item into the mailer so that the recipient details align with the address window. Peel off the protective strip to expose the adhesive, fold the flap down and press firmly along the seal to secure the closure. Ensure the window shows the full recipient address and any postage markings are placed in visible areas outside the window. For bulk preparations, arrange documents uniformly to maintain consistent window alignment and optimize packing speed.

Recommendations

Store the mailing bags in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme heat to preserve adhesive performance. For items with sharp corners or heavy weight, consider additional internal protection or selecting a padded or rigid mailer. Verify window alignment with your document templates before large runs to avoid misprints or obscured addresses.
