MAILmedia C4 mailing bag 38105/7 is a kraft brown paper envelope made from 90 g/m² paper and sized to fit C4 documents without folding. It is intended for sending letters, invoices, brochures, certificates and other flat items that require lightweight, recyclable protection during postal or courier transport. The envelope combines simple handling with sufficient stiffness for everyday mailing needs while remaining economical and easy to store.

Advantages

The kraft paper construction provides a balance of strength and flexibility while keeping the envelope lightweight. Made from 90 g/m² paper, the mailing bag resists minor creasing and offers basic protection against dust and bending. Its natural brown colour is suitable for business and informal correspondence and supports recycling and environmentally conscious disposal. The C4 format eliminates the need to fold A4 documents, reducing handling time and preserving document condition.

Suitable for

• Sending A4 documents and certificates without folding
• Mailing invoices, contracts and brochures
• Courier shipments of flat samples and prints
• Office usage for internal document transfer and archiving

Key specifications

• Material: kraft paper
• Paper weight: 90 g/m²
• Size: C4 format (suitable for A4 sheets without folding)
• Color: kraft brown
• Closure type: peel-and-seal or self-adhesive strip (product-specific)
• Recyclability: recyclable paper packaging

How to use

Insert A4 documents flat into the C4 mailing bag so that contents lie evenly and do not extend beyond the edges. Remove the protective strip from the self-adhesive closure and press firmly along the flap to ensure a secure seal. For heavier or valuable contents, consider adding internal reinforcement such as cardboard inserts to reduce bending during transit. Label the exterior clearly with recipient and sender details and follow postal service guidelines for addressing and postage.

Recommendations

For best results, store envelopes in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to prevent moisture absorption and deformation. When shipping important or non-returnable documents, combine the kraft mailing bag with a thin cardboard insert to improve rigidity and reduce the risk of creases. Dispose of the used envelope through paper recycling streams where available.
