Verzendenvelop MAILmedia G17 wit 34 g 250×350 mm

MAILmedia G17 White polyethylene mailing bag, outer size 250×350 mm and material weight equivalent to 34 g, is designed to provide lightweight protection for documents and small items during postal and courier transport. The white, opaque surface conceals contents while the water-resistant polyethylene resists light moisture and dirt. A tamper-evident self-seal closure simplifies packing and helps indicate unauthorized opening.

Advantages

The MAILmedia G17 White mailing bag combines low weight with durable polymer construction to reduce postage costs while maintaining protection against abrasion and moisture. Its opaque white finish offers privacy for documents and small goods, and the self-seal closure speeds up packing operations without additional adhesive or tape. The flexible material conforms to irregularly shaped items, saving space and reducing the need for extra cushioning.

Suitable for

• Sending documents, letters and folded papers
• E-commerce orders of textiles, small accessories and lightweight goods
• Returns and exchanges for online retailers
• Packaging promotional materials and samples

Key specifications

• Material: polyethylene (polymeric, water-resistant)
• Outer dimensions: 250 × 350 mm
• Material weight/nominal paper weight equivalence: 34 g (lightweight film)
• Closure type: tamper-evident self-seal strip
• Color/finish: opaque white
• Flexibility: conforms to contents, suitable for flat and slightly irregular items

How to use

Insert the item or documents flat into the MAILmedia G17 mailing bag, ensuring edges are aligned with the internal space to avoid bulging. Remove the protective strip from the adhesive closure, fold the flap over and press firmly along the seal to engage the tamper-evident bond. For heavier or sharp-edged items, use additional internal protection such as reinforcing cardboard or a padded envelope to prevent punctures and maintain shape.

Recommendations

Use the mailing bag for items within the listed dimensions and weight range; avoid overstuffing to prevent seal failure. For high-value, fragile, or liquid-containing goods, combine with secondary protective packaging or choose a padded alternative. Store bags flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance and material integrity.
