VGA-kabel ROLINE High Quality HD15 M – HD15 M 15 m

ROLINE High Quality VGA Cable HD15 M – HD15 M, 15 m long, is designed for reliable transmission of analog video between computers, monitors, projectors and VGA splitters or amplifiers. The cable includes DDC support for device communication and integrated ferrite cores to reduce electromagnetic interference. Its robust construction with double shielding and fully wired pins ensures stable signal quality over extended distance.

Advantages

The cable provides complete pin wiring including pin 9 and pin 15, three coaxial lines for RGB signals and nine AWG28 wires for consistent signal paths. Double screening (braid plus foil) and two ferrite cores improve immunity to noise and crosstalk. Thumb screws on the HD15 connectors secure a firm mechanical connection. DDC functionality enables monitor and graphics card communication for optimal display settings.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs or laptops to monitors and projectors
• Extending VGA connections to displays up to 15 m
• Using with VGA splitters or amplifiers
• Installations requiring reduced interference and secure connector fastening

Key specifications

• Length: 15 m
• Connectors: HD15 male – HD15 male (VGA / D-Sub)
• Cable construction: 3 coax lines for RGB, 9 × AWG28 wires, all pins connected (incl. pin 9 and 15)
• Shielding: double screened (braid + foil)
• Extras: two ferrite cores, DDC support, thumbscrews
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one HD15 male connector to the VGA output of the computer or graphics card and the other HD15 male connector to the VGA input of the monitor, projector or amplifier. Tighten the thumbscrews on both connectors to ensure a secure mechanical connection. If using the cable with splitters or amplifiers, follow the device manufacturer’s instructions for proper input/output configuration. Allow slack in the cable to avoid strain on connectors during movement or installation.

Recommendations

For best signal quality, avoid routing the cable alongside high-power electrical cables or sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Keep the ferrite cores in place and avoid excessive bending near the connector ends. Use within the specified 15 m length to maintain image stability; for longer distances consider an active signal solution.
