Video-intercom Akuvox S532 hybride kaartlezer — Akuvox S532-Hybrid

Akuvox S532 Hybrid Card Reader is a wall-mounted video intercom unit that integrates a hybrid card reader for combined visual communication and access control. Designed for residential and small commercial buildings, the Akuvox S532-Hybrid enables video calling, visual identification of visitors and card-based entry through a single compact device. The unit supports remote door release and centralized access management when connected to supported control systems, providing a unified point for visitor interaction and controlled entry.

Advantages

The Akuvox S532-Hybrid pairs a video intercom with an integrated hybrid card reader in one housing, reducing the need for separate devices and wiring. The device offers visual verification of visitors alongside card authentication, improving access security while simplifying installation. Its wall-mounted design is suitable for entrances and lobbies where space is limited and a single interface is preferred for both communication and entry control.

How to use

Install the Akuvox S532-Hybrid at the building entrance or lobby following the manufacturer’s mounting and electrical connection instructions. Connect the unit to the building’s network and access control system so that video calls and card authentications are routed to resident or administrator devices.
