HP Poly Studio X32 All-In-One is a compact video bar designed for small meeting rooms and huddle spaces that supports up to five participants. The unit integrates a single 20 MP camera with 4K Ultra HD output and supports 720p and 1080p modes at up to 30 fps with 5x digital zoom. Audio and video processing is handled by onboard AI-based features to improve clarity and participant framing. Connectivity options include Ethernet, Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth. The product is supplied without a separate power supply and is configured for Power over Ethernet (PoE). This device is TAA-compliant and comes in a black finish.

Advantages

The all-in-one design combines camera, speakers and microphones in a single enclosure to reduce installation complexity and cable clutter in small rooms. 4K Ultra HD output and a 20 MP sensor provide detailed video that can be downscaled to common conferencing resolutions without losing clarity. Built-in Wi‑Fi, Ethernet and Bluetooth support flexible network and peripheral setups. PoE capability simplifies power and network cabling by using a single connection for both functions. The integrated audio system and AI-driven video features aim to keep every participant visible and audible in intimate meeting spaces.

• Small meeting rooms and huddle spaces for up to five people

How to use

Mount the HP Poly Studio X32 in a central location facing participants, either on a wall, on a display or on a tabletop stand following the manufacturer’s installation instructions. Connect the unit to the network via Ethernet with PoE to provide both power and data, or connect it to Wi‑Fi where PoE is not available and use a compatible power source as required. Configure network and conferencing settings through the device interface or the management portal to integrate with preferred cloud video services. Use the built-in controls or connected conferencing platform for camera zoom, audio volume and participant management.

Recommendations

For best results, position the video bar at eye level and centrally to the group to ensure even coverage. Use PoE where possible to reduce cabling and avoid separate power adapters. Ensure the meeting room’s lighting is even and avoid strong backlighting to maintain camera clarity. Register the device in Poly Lens or your chosen management service to receive updates and manage device settings centrally.
