Videokabel-adapter DeLOCK 61765 DisplayPort naar DVI-I 0,125 m

The DeLOCK 61765 DisplayPort to DVI-I adapter cable (0.125 m) lets you connect a DisplayPort source, such as a PC, to a DVI-I display or monitor. It is a short, white adapter cable designed for use in confined spaces and supports video transmission at resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 and HDTV up to 1080p. The cable implements DisplayPort 1.1a and includes one ferrite core to reduce interference.

Advantages

This adapter provides a compact and durable connection between a DisplayPort output and a DVI-I input. The DVI-I 24+5 female connector features screw nuts for a secure mechanical connection. Standby detection is supported so connected displays can enter sleep mode automatically when the source is in standby.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop DisplayPort output to a DVI-I monitor
• Short-reach connections in tight workstations or behind equipment
• Driving single-link DVI resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 and 1080p HDTV

Key specifications

• Connector 1: DisplayPort 20-pin male
• Connector 2: DVI-I 24+5 female (VGA pins not wired)
• DisplayPort specification: 1.1a
• Maximum resolution: up to 1920 x 1200; HDTV up to 1080p
• Length: 0.125 m
• Colour: White
• Includes: 1x ferrite core

How to use

Connect the DisplayPort 20-pin male plug to the source device (for example a PC or laptop) and attach a DVI-I cable from the adapter’s DVI-I 24+5 female connector to the monitor. Tighten the DVI screw nuts to secure the connection. Ensure both devices are powered on and select the correct input on the display. If necessary, adjust the display resolution in the operating system to a supported setting (maximum 1920 x 1200).

Recommendations

Use this adapter for single-link DVI video only; the DVI-I connector’s VGA pins are not wired, so it will not provide an analog VGA signal. For optimal signal quality, keep the adapter length short and avoid running it alongside strong power cables. Ensure compatibility of the source graphics output with DisplayPort 1.1a features.
