Videokabel-adapter DeLOCK 62639 Mini DisplayPort naar DVI-I 0,25 m zwart

Adapter mini DisplayPort 1.2 male with screw to DVI-I female (active) in black. This compact adapter allows connecting a DVI monitor or projector to a Mini DisplayPort output. It supports resolutions up to Ultra HD (4K) and is backward compatible with Full HD (1080p). The adapter provides active signal conversion, making it suitable for graphics outputs that do not provide DP++ (dual-mode) signals. A locking screw on the Mini DisplayPort connector secures the connection and reduces the risk of accidental disconnection.

Advantages

The adapter performs active conversion from Mini DisplayPort to DVI-I, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of graphics cards and displays. It supports high resolutions up to 4K while remaining backward compatible with 1080p. The screw-mounted Mini DisplayPort connector provides a secure mechanical connection. The compact black design is durable and convenient for desktop or mobile setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops or desktops with Mini DisplayPort output to DVI-I monitors or projectors
• Using displays that require an active converter because the source does not output DP++
• Short cable runs where a compact, secure adapter is preferred (0.25 m)

Plug your DVI-I cable into the adapter's DVI-I female socket and connect it to the monitor or projector. Ensure both devices are powered on and select the appropriate input on the display. The active adapter handles the signal conversion; no additional drivers are normally required.

Recommendations

Use this active Mini DisplayPort to DVI-I adapter for short connections and when the source device does not support DP++ output. Avoid excessive bending of the cable and secure the screw to prevent accidental disconnection. For best results with high resolutions, use quality DVI cables and verify the display input supports the intended resolution.
