Videokabel-adapter ShiverPeaks BS10-57025

The ShiverPeaks BS10-57025 is a 1 m video cable adapter with an HDMI Type A (Standard) connector on one end and a USB Type-C connector on the other. Designed to transmit high-quality video and audio from USB-C equipped laptops, tablets and smartphones to HDMI displays, the adapter supports a compact, lightweight form factor and a durable build for everyday use. Its single-cable design removes the need for separate dongles and simplifies connection between modern mobile devices and external monitors, projectors or TVs.

Advantages

The adapter provides direct USB-C to HDMI connectivity without requiring additional drivers or power delivery in typical use, enabling straightforward plug-and-play operation. Its 1 m length balances portability and convenience for desktop and meeting-room setups. The construction uses reinforced connectors and a flexible cable jacket to reduce wear from repeated insertion and coiling, while the HDMI Type A interface maintains compatibility with a wide range of displays.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB-C laptops to HDMI monitors or TVs for extended or mirrored displays
• Presentations from tablets or smartphones to projectors in meeting or classroom environments
• Home entertainment setups that require streaming video and audio from a USB-C source to an HDMI display

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1 meter
• Connector A: HDMI Type A (Standard)
• Connector B: USB Type-C (male)
• Supported signals: digital video and digital audio
• Compatibility: USB-C devices with video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode)
• Construction: reinforced connectors with flexible cable jacket

How to use

Connect the USB Type-C end of the ShiverPeaks BS10-57025 to a compatible device that supports video output via USB-C (DisplayPort Alt Mode). Insert the HDMI Type A plug into an available HDMI input on the external display, TV or projector. Select the appropriate HDMI input on the display and configure the source device display settings for mirroring or extending the desktop as needed. No separate drivers are typically required; if the connected device prompts for display settings, follow on-screen instructions to complete setup.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid tight bends near the connectors and disconnect by holding the connector bodies rather than pulling on the cable. Use a display input that matches the HDMI version supported by your display and device to ensure optimal resolution and refresh rate. If video output is not detected, check that the source device supports DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C and that the display input is active.
