Always-On Playback

eliminates delays at the start of meetings, presentations, and scheduled signage. It ensures your content appears exactly when it’s needed—ideal for corporate, retail, and education environments where every second counts.

Future Ready, High-Performance Platform
The CDE31 Series combines a powerful Quad-Core SoC with Android 14, 8GB RAM, and 32GB of storage to deliver smooth playback and responsive multitasking. Upgradable to Android 16, this robust platform ensures long-term compatibility, security, and performance, making it a future-ready display solution for evolving signage and collaboration needs.

Flexible Orientation for Any Setup
Supporting both landscape and portrait modes, this commercial-grade display adapts to a wide range of installation needs, from retail and digital menu boards to meeting room displays and campus communication.

Native 4K Resolution for Uncompromised Detail
The CDE31 Series delivers true native 4K resolution in both landscape and portrait modes, offering noticeably sharper and more detailed visuals than standard upscaled 4K. This ensures exceptional clarity and precise detail reproduction, making it ideal for text-heavy presentations and visually rich digital signage.

Commercial-grade Digital Display
Built for 24/7 operation, the CDE31 Series ensures uninterrupted communication across business-critical environments. It features 500 nits of brightness for clear, vibrant visuals, along with HDMI 2.1 input and 2.0 output for seamless screen duplication and tiling across up to 9 displays.

Scheduled USB Media Playback
The CDE31 Series supports USB playback for video, audio, and image files. Boot-on-Source functionality—via USB Auto-Play or resume-last-source settings—enables seamless, automated playback for digital signage without requiring a connected PC.

Signal Failover for Continuous Playback
When no signal is detected on the primary input, the CDE31 Series automatically switches to the next available source, ensuring uninterrupted content display. With configurable input priority, users can assign fallback sources such as alternate HDMI, USB-C, or a powered-on OPS to maintain uninterrupted content delivery in high-traffic environments like retail stores, transit hubs, and corporate lobbies where uptime is essential.

Flexible Connectivity

One-Cable USB-C Connectivity
The CDE31 Series features a USB-C port that supports audiovisual signal, fast data transfer, Ethernet, and 65W charging—all through a single cable. Ideal for meeting rooms and shared workspaces, it allows users to plug in their laptop and instantly present, power up, and stay connected without extra adapters or clutter.

Wireless Content Sharing
The CDE31 Series offers wireless screen sharing through AirSync, allowing users to cast from laptops and mobile devices via a web browser without the need for cables or software installation. For more advanced needs, AirSync supports split, extended, and grouped display modes. Both solutions are compatible with AirPlay, Miracast, and Chromecast, ensuring fast and secure screen sharing across huddle spaces, meeting rooms, and large venues.

Built-In Speakers and Audio I/O for AV Flexibility
Two integrated 16W speakers deliver clear, powerful sound for standalone use in smaller spaces like huddle and meeting rooms. For larger environments or more advanced AV setups, 3.5 mm audio I/O ports enable seamless integration with external audio systems—ideal for classrooms, lobbies, and public venues.

Effective Messaging Across Every Display
ViewSonic Manager makes it easy to centrally manage and distribute this content across multiple displays, helping IT teams communicate clearly at scale. Streamline corporate communication with photo, video, music, and message broadcasting that elevates the quality of announcements and ensures important information is conveyed effectively and engagingly.

Web-Based Remote Device Management
Built for IT efficiency, ViewSonic Manager gives admins remote management tools to control inputs, monitor usage in real time, and access insight reports. The browser-based Web UI streamlines access and navigation, while Remote Desktop simplifies troubleshooting and reduces the need for on-site IT support.

Green Performance

Built for a Lower Environmental Impact
