How to use

Attach the clip firmly to a suitable part of the violin body or edge so the microphone capsule is positioned close to the sound source without touching the strings or bow. Connect the microphone to a compatible pocket transmitter following the transmitter manufacturer's instructions, ensuring a secure cable connection and correct impedance if required. Test sound levels and positioning during a soundcheck, and adjust the clip location for optimal tonal balance and minimal noise pickup. When not in use, remove the clip and store the microphone in a protective case to prevent damage.

Recommendations

For best results, perform a brief soundcheck in the performance space to fine-tune placement and transmitter settings. Avoid placing the capsule where direct contact with the bow or fingers can occur, and verify transmitter compatibility to ensure reliable wireless transmission.
