Reinigingsset voor apparatuur VisibleDust Arctic Beez

VisibleDust Arctic Beez is a handheld pulsating cleaning tool for digital camera sensors that operates at 13,000 rpm and produces a distinctive buzzing sound. The device transmits soft sonic vibration to a swab placed in its cavity using Swabsonic™ Technology, a DC‑powered motor with smart electronic circuitry designed to loosen dirt and stains on coated sensors. It includes a bright LED (Swablight™) to illuminate the sensor area and a firm swab grip to support precise edge‑to‑edge cleaning. Arctic Beez is intended for use with compatible cleaning swabs and requires 2 AAA batteries (not included).

Advantages

Swabsonic™ Technology increases cleaning efficiency — the manufacturer states it works up to 4× more effectively than using a swab alone — and reduces the number of swabs required for stubborn, sticky dirt. The device’s controlled vibration pushes debris forward rather than laterally to minimise risk to coated DSLR sensors. The integrated LED improves visibility during cleaning, and the firm grip on the swab helps achieve consistent, edge‑to‑edge passes. The kit comes packed in a protective case.

Suitable for

• Wet sensor cleaning with compatible swabs (VisibleDust Vswab, DHAP Orange, UltraMXD‑100 Green)
• Maintenance of DSLR and mirrorless camera sensors with coated surfaces
• Photographers who perform regular sensor cleaning and want to reduce swab usage

How to use

Fit a compatible wet cleaning swab into the device cavity following the swab manufacturer’s instructions. Insert two AAA batteries into the battery compartment, switch on the unit and use the LED to illuminate the sensor. Gently glide the swab in a forward, edge‑to‑edge motion across the sensor while the device generates soft sonic vibration; avoid lateral rubbing and excessive pressure. After cleaning, power off the unit and dispose of the used swab according to the swab maker’s guidance.

Recommendations

Use Arctic Beez only with compatible VisibleDust Vswab, DHAP Orange or UltraMXD‑100 Green swabs. Do not apply excessive lateral force; follow swab wetting and handling instructions provided by the swab manufacturer. Batteries and swabs are not included in the kit.
