Reinigingsset voor apparatuur VisibleDust DUALPOWER-X

The VisibleDust DUALPOWER-X Equipment cleansing kit combines two complementary sensor cleaning solutions and size-specific green Vswabs® to remove a wide range of stains from digital camera sensors and other sensitive optical surfaces. The kit contains Smear Away™, a water-based heavy-duty cleaner for dissolving tough oil and organic contaminants, and VDust Plus™, an alcohol-based fast-evaporating solution compatible with hydrophobic sensor coatings to remove water stains and leave streak-free results. The pack is compact and intended for careful cleaning of digital camera sensors without damaging coatings.

Advantages

Smear Away™ delivers strong oil and lubricant removal, anti-static and anti-fog properties, and removes smears on the first swipe while protecting the sensor surface from scratches. VDust Plus™ is an iso-alcohol blend that removes oil quickly, evaporates fast and is compatible with hydrophobic coatings to minimize streaking. The green MXD-100 Vswab® features a patented V shape for improved maneuverability and consistent, streak-free contact with sensor corners and coated surfaces.

Suitable for

• Cleaning digital camera image sensors
• Removing oil, lubricant residues and organic smears
• Touch-up cleaning of coated and hydrophobic sensor surfaces

Key specifications

• Includes Smear Away™ (1.15 ml)
• Includes VDust Plus™ (1.15 ml)
• Includes Green MXD-100 Vswabs® size-specific pack (5 swabs)
• Non-flammable Smear Away™; non-alcohol Smear Away™; alcohol-based VDust Plus™
• Compatible with fluorine and hydrophobic sensor coatings

How to use

Begin cleaning by selecting one liquid and a new swab. Swab the sensor in a single, consistent direction—do not change direction mid-swipe. If the stain is removed, stop. If the stain remains, discard the used swab and use a fresh swab with the other liquid. Do not put both liquids on the same swab. When using Smear Away™, avoid over-saturating the swab to reduce the chance of streaking; if streaks occur, allow more evaporation time or use VDust Plus™ with a new swab to remove any water streaks.

Recommendations

Always start with visual inspection but assume stain composition is unknown; use separate swabs for each liquid, maintain a single swipe direction, and prefer the green MXD-100 Vswab® for coated sensors. Follow camera manufacturer guidelines for sensor cleaning and work in a clean, dust-free environment.
