Voeding Antec GSK850 V2 850W 80+ Gold volledig modulair

The Antec GSK850 V2 850W 80+ Gold Full Modular power supply delivers stable power for desktop computers, combining an 850-watt continuous output with 80+ Gold efficiency and a fully modular cable system. Designed for gaming PCs and professional workstations, this unit aims to provide consistent voltage regulation and reduced cable clutter to improve case airflow and installation flexibility.

Advantages

The full modular design allows users to connect only the cables required for their specific build, reducing internal obstruction and simplifying cable management. 80+ Gold efficiency reduces wasted heat and can improve overall system energy use under typical loads. The 850W continuous rating supports high-performance components and multiple add-in cards while maintaining stable power delivery under sustained load.

Suitable for

• High-performance gaming PCs with discrete graphics cards
• Content creation workstations that require reliable continuous power
• Systems with multiple storage devices and expansion cards
• PC builds prioritizing clean cable management and improved airflow

Key specifications

• Output power: 850 watts continuous
• Efficiency rating: 80+ Gold
• Cable design: fully modular connectors for PSU-to-component cabling
• Form factor: standard desktop ATX power supply dimensions
• Intended use: compatible with modern desktop components including CPUs and GPUs

How to use

Install the power supply into a compatible ATX case following the case manufacturer’s guidance, secure it with the supplied mounting screws, and attach only the modular cables required by the motherboard, graphics card(s), storage drives and peripherals. Confirm correct orientation of connectors before applying power, ensure proper chassis grounding, and route cables to avoid obstructing fans or airflow paths. After initial connection, power on the system and verify stable boot and component voltages using motherboard monitoring tools or a power supply tester if available.

Recommendations

Select cable combinations that match your system’s needs to maintain unobstructed airflow; avoid running cables across intake or exhaust fan paths. Use the 80+ Gold efficiency to plan thermal management and ventilation, and consider monitoring voltages and temperatures during heavy workloads to confirm stable operation.
