Voeding Dell 60W USB-C GaN Ultra slank AC oplader

The Dell 60W USB-C GaN Ultra Slim AC charger is a compact USB-C power adapter that delivers up to 60 watts of power using gallium nitride (GaN) technology. Designed for users who need a small, lightweight charger for daily use, this adapter supports USB Power Delivery (PD) to charge compatible laptops, tablets and smartphones. Its slim housing and reduced heat output make it suitable for tight spaces and travel, while maintaining stable power delivery for typical mobile and computing devices.

Advantages

The GaN-based design enables a smaller, lighter adapter with efficient power conversion and lower heat generation compared with conventional silicon-based chargers. Delivering up to 60W via a USB-C port allows fast charging for a wide range of USB-C PD devices. The compact form factor improves portability and desk space management, and the adapter’s consistent output supports reliable device operation and charging under normal load conditions.

Suitable for

• Charging USB-C PD-compatible laptops with up to 60W input requirement
• Powering tablets and larger smartphones that support fast USB-C charging
• Portable charging while traveling, commuting, or working remotely
• Replacing or supplementing home and office chargers to save space

How to use

Connect the charger to an AC mains outlet and plug a compatible USB-C cable into the adapter’s USB-C port and into the device’s USB-C power input. The adapter will negotiate power delivery with the connected device and supply up to 60W according to the device’s charging profile. Use a cable rated for USB-C PD to ensure safe and efficient charging. Unplug the adapter from the mains when not in use.

Recommendations

Use with devices that support USB Power Delivery and with USB-C cables rated for PD and the required current. For best results, ensure the connected device accepts up to 60W input; smaller devices will draw only the power they require. Avoid covering the adapter while in use and operate it within ambient temperature ranges specified by the device manufacturer to maintain performance and longevity.
