How to use

Rest your feet on the textured surface; use the gentle rocking motion to move your ankles periodically to encourage circulation while seated.

Recommendations

For ergonomic benefit, match the footrest height so your thighs are approximately parallel to the floor and adjust tilt for a natural ankle angle. Use intermittent ankle rocking during long sitting periods to reduce stiffness and support circulation.
