Vrijstaande rack Rittal DK 7391.000 31U 150 kg grijs

The Rittal DK 7391.000 freestanding rack offers 31U of mounting height and a maximum static load capacity of 150 kg, designed for secure and organised placement of servers, switches and other network components. Its grey finish provides a neutral, professional look suitable for server rooms, wiring closets and small data centres. The open design allows access from all sides during assembly and installation and the twin castors provide mobility when repositioning the rack.

Advantages

The rack supports standard 19-inch equipment and provides unobstructed access for cabling and maintenance thanks to its open-frame construction. Twin castors enable convenient movement, while the 150 kg load rating is appropriate for small to medium-density equipment installations. The freestanding format requires minimal installation effort and the grey colour blends into technical environments.

How to use

Place the freestanding rack on a flat, level surface and lock the castors if they include brakes. Mount compatible 19-inch equipment into the 31U space using appropriate mounting hardware and follow equipment manufacturers' guidelines for weight distribution and ventilation. Route and secure cabling to avoid strain on connectors and maintain proper airflow through the rack.

Recommendations

Distribute weight evenly across the rack and place heavier devices toward the bottom to increase stability. Verify that the combined equipment weight does not exceed the 150 kg maximum. For permanent installations, consider securing the rack to the floor or wall according to local safety practices.
