Advantages

The cabinet features a rigid welded construction with widened 1.3 mm skeleton rails for improved stability. Doors open nearly 180° and are removable or reversible; double-wing doors use hook-on hinges. Vertical 19" rails are adjustable in depth, and a middle pair of rails is supplied for deeper enclosures. Breakout-type blanking panels and brush strips allow protected cable entry and reduced dust ingress. Optional fan-door mounts and openings for Triton fan units enable active cooling. The cabinet supports levelling feet, castors or a reinforced base and all detachable parts are bonded according to standards.

How to use

Place the freestanding rack on levelling feet (included) or install optional castors or a base as required. Fit equipment onto the adjustable 19" vertical rails and use the supplied central rail pair for deeper devices. Route cables through the breakout blanking panels in the base, ceiling and rear cover; use the brush strip or protective fringe to seal cable openings against dust. If required, mount Triton fan units using the dedicated fan-door or the large breakout opening to install or remove fans from outside the cabinet.

Recommendations

For stable long-term installations carrying loads above 500 kg, install the recommended horizontal cable management in the skeleton to reinforce the structure. Use the flex frame option for mixed-width equipment and ensure bonding of detachable parts according to applicable standards.
