How to use

Turn off power to the circuit before removing any existing cover or accessing electrical mechanisms. Unscrew and remove the old wall plate, then position the Busch-Jaeger 1724-0-4334 cover over the installed Busch-balance SI mechanism so that mounting holes align. Secure the plate with the original or compatible screws until it sits flush against the wall. Restore power and check the switch or socket operates correctly. Follow applicable local electrical codes and, if unsure, engage a qualified electrician.

Recommendations

Use this wall plate indoors where Busch-balance SI mechanisms are fitted. Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure that the cover is compatible with the installed mechanism variant before installation.
