Wandplaat / schakelaarafdekking JUNG AC 582 WW — wit, duroplast, 84×155 mm

The JUNG AC 582 WW is a white wall plate and switch cover made from duroplast, sized 84×155 mm to fit over standard switch modules and create a neat, protected finish. It conceals the mounting frame and wiring while providing a hardwearing outer surface suitable for frequent use. The plain white colour integrates with common interior palettes and the rigid duroplast material resists scratches, impacts and yellowing over time.

Advantages

This wall plate offers a durable, easy-to-clean surface and a precise fit for standard switch installations. Its rigid construction ensures long-term dimensional stability, while the smooth finish facilitates maintenance and reduces dirt accumulation. The neutral white tone allows seamless integration in both residential and commercial environments without altering the appearance of existing switchgear.

How to use

Position the wall plate over the installed switch module or mounting frame, ensuring alignment with the switch actuators and screw points. Secure the plate using the original mounting screws or those compatible with the installation. After fixing, check that switches operate freely and that the plate sits flush against the wall surface to provide a consistent appearance and to protect internal wiring and mechanisms.

Recommendations

For best results, install the plate on flat, properly prepared wall surfaces and use screws of appropriate length to avoid contacting internal wiring. Clean the surface with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the duroplast finish.
