Wandplug Fischer universele plug UX groen 6 x 35 R

The Fischer Universal fixing UX GREEN is a nylon plastic wall plug designed for reliable fastening in a variety of substrates. Made from high-quality nylon with at least half of the raw materials sourced from sustainable inputs that do not compete with food or feed production, the UX GREEN matches the performance and load-bearing properties of the original grey Fischer UX. It expands in solid materials and forms a knot in hollow materials to ensure secure anchoring. The version with an edge prevents slippage during installation and is suitable for through-type installation. Typical applications include fixing lights, curtain rails, lightweight cupboards and cornicing. The pack contains 40 pieces; the plug size is 6 x 35 mm with a recommended drill diameter of 6 mm and a minimum drill hole depth of 45 mm.

Advantages

The UX GREEN offers the same load-carrying capacity as the original Fischer UX while using sustainable raw materials for the granules. Its expansion in solid substrates and knotting action in hollow substrates provide versatile anchoring performance across unknown building materials. The edge on the plug prevents slipping during assembly, and the through-type installation option simplifies mounting tasks.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Mounting lights and luminaires
• Fixing curtain rails and tracks
• Installing lightweight cupboards and shelves
• Attaching cornices and decorative mouldings

How to use

Drill a hole with a 6 mm drill bit to a minimum depth of 45 mm. Clean the hole of dust and debris, insert the Fischer UX GREEN plug flush to the surface using the edge to prevent slippage, then drive the appropriate screw into the plug to achieve expansion in solid substrates or knotting in hollow substrates. For through-type installation, insert the screw completely through the fixture and into the plug before tightening.

Recommendations

Choose the screw type and length according to the fixture thickness and substrate. Do not use the plug in cracked or heavily damaged substrates; check load requirements against the specific base material before installation.
