Wandschakelaar-afdekraam JUNG A 595 P AL aluminiumafwerking, 1-voudig, metaal

JUNG A 595 P AL is a single-gang wall switch cover plate with an aluminium finish, designed to provide a durable and visually consistent front for standard switches and sockets. Crafted from metal with aluminium colouring, this cover plate fits standard single-gang wall boxes and integrates with common wiring systems used in residential and commercial interiors. The cover plate offers a slim profile and a uniform surface that conceals mounting screws and the edges of the installed device for a neat finish.

Advantages

The metal construction ensures impact resistance and longer service life compared with typical plastic plates while the aluminium finish delivers a neutral, contemporary appearance that blends with metallic fixtures and modern interiors. The single-gang format simplifies replacement of an existing plate or installation during new construction. Designed for compatibility with standard switch and socket cutouts, the plate provides a secure fit and maintains access to the mounted device without altering its function.

How to use

Switch off power at the circuit breaker before starting installation. Remove the existing cover plate by unscrewing the mounting screws, then position the JUNG aluminium cover plate over the installed switch or socket. Align the mounting holes with the device's screw points and secure with the appropriate screws until the plate sits flush against the wall. Restore power and verify the switch or socket operates normally. For installation in new construction, mount the electrical device into the wall box first and then fit the cover plate as described.

Recommendations

Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth to avoid scratching the aluminium finish; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure screws are tightened evenly to prevent warping the plate. For environments with high humidity or corrosive atmospheres, consider assessing suitability of metal finishes and consult local installation standards.
