How to use

Ensure both the processor/GPU heat spreader and the cooler cold plate are clean and dry. Apply a small, even amount of paste to the centre of the heat spreader and spread using the included applicator for a thin uniform layer, or place a pea-sized dot and mount the cooler to distribute the paste. Reassemble the cooler according to the manufacturer's instructions and verify contact and mounting pressure. Use the supplied cleaning wipes to remove old compound before reapplication.

Recommendations

If you are replacing old thermal compound, remove all residue before applying XTM70. Apply only the amount needed to achieve a thin, continuous layer—excess paste does not improve performance. Avoid contact with exposed circuitry and store the syringe at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
