Wasrek/kleed-mesh Leifheit 72408

The Leifheit 72408 laundry drying rack/line mesh is a practical solution for drying garments with efficient air circulation. Its blue monochromatic mesh surface supports gentle drying for delicate fabrics while allowing heavier items to dry evenly. The design is lightweight and portable, suitable for placement indoors or outdoors depending on weather and space. The mesh structure reduces creasing and provides a stable surface for shirts, trousers, underwear and small textiles.

Advantages

This drying rack offers a combination of good air flow and fabric-friendly support that speeds up drying time without subjecting textiles to harsh stretching. Its simple construction makes it easy to install and remove, and the compact footprint helps save space in laundry rooms or balconies. The uniform mesh surface distributes items evenly, preventing bunching and reducing the need for frequent rearrangement during drying.

Suitable for

• Delicate garments such as knitwear, lingerie and loose-fit shirts
• Everyday clothing including t-shirts, trousers and children's wear
• Small household textiles like dish cloths, tea towels and handkerchiefs
• Indoor drying when outdoor conditions are wet or cold

Key specifications

How to use

Place the drying rack on a flat, stable surface or hang it according to the available mounting options. Allow adequate spacing between items; avoid overloading the mesh to preserve airflow and reduce drying time. For outdoor use, secure the rack against wind or remove it indoors during adverse weather conditions.

Recommendations

For best results, pre-spin garments in the washing machine to reduce excess water, lay heavier items fl at so they dry evenly, and turn thicker fabrics during drying. Regularly check the mesh for lint build-up and clean as needed to maintain optimal airflow and hygiene.
