Staedtler Noris Jumbo wax crayons — 12 colors designed for young children and group activities. These non-toxic, jumbo-size crayons provide a comfortable grip for small hands and deliver consistent, vivid color on paper and common craft materials. The robust wax formulation reduces breakage during everyday use, making them suitable for classroom sets, home art projects, and early drawing exercises.

Advantages

Thick, ergonomically shaped sticks make the crayons easy to hold and control for preschool and early-primary children. The non-toxic composition meets safety expectations for children’s art supplies while offering smooth, even coverage and good color opacity. Durable construction minimizes crumbling and breakage, extending the usable life of each crayon and reducing waste.

Key specifications

• Quantity: 12 colors in one pack
• Material: wax-based pigment formulation
• Size: jumbo thickness for comfortable small-hand grip
• Color performance: vivid, consistent coverage on paper and standard craft surfaces
• Safety: non-toxic composition suitable for children
• Durability: resilient to breakage under normal use

How to use

Select a color and apply the crayon to paper or a suitable craft substrate using gentle, even pressure. For broader areas, hold the crayon flat against the surface to increase coverage; for finer lines, use the tip and lighter pressure. Combine colors by layering or blending with gentle strokes. Store crayons in their box or a container after use to protect tips and reduce dirt transfer to hands and surfaces.

Recommendations

Use on standard drawing paper, coloring books, cardboard, and lightweight craft materials. For prolonged use by groups, provide scrap paper beneath projects to protect work surfaces. Keep away from heat sources and wash hands after creative sessions if needed. Replace worn-down or heavily soiled crayons to maintain clean color application.
