Waterpas STABILA TECH 196 DL 19830, digitaal 40 cm, nauwkeurigheid 0,5 mm/m, antislip, met tas

The STABILA IP67 Tech 196 DL 40 cm is a digital spirit level designed for professional tradespeople and DIY users who need accurate, repeatable angle and leveling measurements. The tool combines an electronic display with a robust, splash- and dust-resistant housing and an integrated magnetic base to support a variety of on-site measuring tasks.

Advantages

The level provides high measurement accuracy of ±0.05° (0.5 mm/m) and a clear digital display that can show results in degrees, percent or millimeters per meter. Its IP67-rated construction protects the electronics from dust and temporary immersion in water, while integrated anti-slip pads and a strong magnetic base secure the tool on flat or metal surfaces. The 40 cm length balances portability with stable support for common carpentry and installation tasks.

Suitable for

• Carpentry and joinery for precise alignment of frames and cabinets
• Installation of fixtures, pipes and HVAC components
• Renovation and tiling where accurate slopes or levels are required
• On-site layout and checking of machine or equipment alignment

How to use

Place the STABILA Tech 196 DL on the surface to be measured and read the angle or level value from the digital display. Select the preferred measurement unit (degrees, percent, or mm/m) and use absolute or relative mode as needed for the task. For measurements on metal surfaces, engage the magnetic base to hold the level steady; for non-metal surfaces, rely on the anti-slip pads for stable positioning.

Recommendations

Keep the level clean and free of debris before measuring. Calibrate the device periodically or after impacts and extended use, and store it in the supplied pouch when not in use to protect the display and housing.
