Wijnbewaaringspomp ZWILLING Fresh & Save 36802-000-0 — grijs, kunststof, 40 mm hoogte, 3 cm diameter

The ZWILLING Fresh & Save wine preserving pump is a compact vacuum sealing solution designed to slow oxidation and keep opened wine tasting fresher for longer. Made from durable plastic, silicone and a stainless-steel-coated stopper, the sealer fits standard wine bottles and is suitable for preserving oils and juices as well. The product dimensions are approximately 3 cm in diameter and 4 cm in height, with a net weight around 18–20 g. The pump unit that creates the vacuum is sold separately (item 36801-000-0).

Advantages

The Fresh & Save sealer reduces contact between wine and air, slowing down the loss of aroma and freshness after a bottle is opened. Its stainless-steel-coated stopper is dishwasher-safe and simple to clean. The compact, lightweight design makes handling and storage easy, and the same stopper can be used for other non-carbonated liquids such as oils and juices to help retain flavours and vitamins.

Suitable for

• Opened red, white or rosé wine bottles
• Preserving oils and juices (non-carbonated liquids)
• Households and small gatherings where partial bottles remain

How to use

Place the Fresh & Save stopper on the neck of a standard wine bottle so it sits securely. Attach the vacuum pump (sold separately) to the stopper and operate the pump according to the pump instructions to extract air from the bottle. Once the desired vacuum is reached, remove the pump; the stopper will keep the bottle sealed. Store the sealed bottle in the refrigerator to further slow down oxidation and maintain freshness.

Recommendations

Do not use the vacuum sealing method for carbonated drinks. For best results, transfer wine to a smaller bottle if only a small amount remains before sealing, and refrigerate sealed bottles to prolong freshness.
