How to use

Preheat the pan on the chosen heat source for a short time before adding oil or ingredients to ensure even searing. Use suitable utensils such as silicone, wood or heat-resistant nylon to avoid damaging the non-stick surface. Avoid prolonged empty heating at very high temperatures. For best results when stir-frying, work with pre-cut, dry ingredients and keep the pan moving to promote even cooking. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing.

Recommendations

To preserve the non-stick performance, hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent when possible. If using a dishwasher, follow the manufacturer's guidance for compatible cycles. Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners on the coated surface. Store the pan carefully to avoid contact with other cookware that could scratch the coating.
