Wok Pensofal White Diamond 28 cm antiaanbaklaag, 28 cm diameter, voor het koken op de kookplaat

Pensofal White Diamond 28 cm wok is a shallow, wide aluminium frying pan designed for stir-frying, sautéing and light crisp cooking with minimal oil. The body is made from 99.5% pure aluminium with high thickness and an exclusive clear Diamond® non-stick coating reinforced with diamond powder. The pan features a patented stainless steel double forged bottom with a flat surface “FULL INDUCTION”, a Bakelite soft-touch handle with chromed insert, and an easy-clean unalterable non-stick exterior with a copper effect.

Advantages

The Diamond® inner coating (6 layers) reinforced with real diamond powder provides enhanced scratch and abrasion resistance while maintaining a clear, smooth cooking surface and strong non-stick performance. The patented stainless steel double bottom with a wide flat contact improves heat transmission and uniformity — compatible with all hob types including induction — and is designed to be permanently attached to the pan body. The Bakelite soft-touch handle offers ergonomic grip and anti-burn protection.

How to use

Place the wok on a compatible hob (gas, electric, ceramic or induction). Heat gradually and add a small amount of oil if desired; the Diamond® non-stick surface allows cooking with minimal fat. Use utensils suitable for non-stick surfaces to avoid abrasion. Clean after use with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads to preserve the coatings.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overheating an empty pan, preheat on low to medium heat, and store in a way that prevents direct contact between metal objects and the inner non-stick surface. Follow manufacturer care instructions to maintain non-stick performance and the integrity of the Diamond® coating.
