XSPC G1/4 inch V2 afsluitplug met schroefdraad, 10-pack – zwart-chroom

Threaded stop plugs XSPC V2 with a G1/4" thread, supplied as a 10-piece pack in a black chrome finish. These plugs are designed to seal unused G1/4" ports on water-cooling components such as radiators, reservoirs and fittings. The compact threaded design provides a secure mechanical seal to help prevent leaks and allows neat port management when configuring custom loop layouts or performing maintenance.

Advantages

The XSPC V2 stop plugs offer a consistent thread form and a corrosion-resistant black chrome surface for a finished appearance on visible fittings. Supplied in a 10-pack, they allow multiple ports to be sealed at once, reducing the need to source individual plugs for each unused opening. Their standardized G1/4" threading ensures compatibility with the majority of consumer water-cooling components that use this common thread size.

Suitable for

• Sealing unused G1/4" ports on radiators
• Closing spare openings on reservoirs and pump tops
• Blocking threaded ports on fittings and adapters
• Temporary seals during system testing and maintenance

Key specifications

• Thread type: G1/4"
• Pack quantity: 10 pieces
• Finish: black chrome
• Material: metal (plated)
• Intended use: sealing unused threaded ports in liquid-cooling systems

How to use

Ensure the target port and surrounding area are clean and dry before installation. Hand-thread the plug into the G1/4" port until it is finger-tight, then use an appropriate wrench or tool to apply a final small turn if required for a leak-free fit; avoid over-tightening to prevent thread damage. For enhanced sealing, apply a suitable thread sealant or PTFE tape compatible with cooling loop fluids prior to insertion. When removing, loosen the plug with a wrench and back out by hand to avoid stripping the threads.

Recommendations

Use these plugs to maintain tidy, leak-free configurations during system assembly and testing. Select a compatible thread sealant if permanent sealing is required, and avoid excessive torque when installing to preserve the integrity of both plugs and component threads.
