zaag Bosch GSA 18V-28 Professional

The Bosch GSA 18V-28 Professional is a cordless reciprocating saw powered by BITURBO Brushless technology, delivering cutting performance comparable to a 1,100 W corded reciprocating saw. It is compact and lightweight for easier handling and features a toolless snap-in blade system for one-handed blade insertion and ejection. The saw is compatible with the Bosch Professional 18V system and is suitable for close-to-wall and upside-down cutting thanks to its ergonomic design and curved upper handle that supports multiple grip positions.

Advantages

The BITURBO Brushless motor provides high cordless cutting power while maintaining a favorable power-to-weight ratio, reducing operator fatigue. A toolless snap-in function allows quick, single-handed blade changes. Variable speed control via the trigger enables precise adjustment of cutting speed. The tool includes an attachable rafter hook for balanced hanging and is optimized for cuts near walls and in inverted positions.

Suitable for

• Demolition work on metal
• Cutting wood and timber
• Cutting plastic and composite materials
• Removing insulation and construction materials

How to use

Install an appropriate reciprocating saw blade using the toolless snap-in mechanism: insert the blade into the blade holder until it clicks and ensure it is secure before operation. Select the required speed using the trigger for the material being cut, starting at lower speeds for metal and higher speeds for wood. For close-to-wall or inverted cuts, position the saw so the curved upper handle supports a comfortable grip and use the attachable rafter hook if temporary hanging is needed. Always follow battery insertion and charging instructions from the Bosch 18V system manual.

Recommendations

Use appropriate saw blades for each material and wear recommended personal protective equipment (eye, hearing and hand protection). Avoid prolonged exposure to high noise levels; follow local regulations for occupational safety when operating at the stated sound power and pressure levels.
