Zadeltas TOPEAK BackLoader 10 L — zadeltas voor fiets, nylon & polyethyleen, 600×200×180 mm

TOPEAK BackLoader 10 L is a saddle-mounted bicycle bag designed for riders who need a streamlined, high-capacity storage solution without a rear rack. Made from durable nylon with polyethylene reinforcement, the pack measures 600×200×180 mm and provides 10 litres of storage for clothing, tools, food and other essentials. The bag mounts under the saddle and secures with an upgraded saddle mount system and compression straps. An included waterproof inner bag protects contents from moisture while the construction balances weight to reduce pendulum movement on the seatpost.

Advantages

The BackLoader combines a large 10 L capacity with a slim profile that stays close to the bike’s centreline, reducing drag and improving stability. Construction from nylon and polyethylene gives abrasion resistance and shape retention while keeping overall weight low. The upgraded saddle mount and compression straps stabilise the load, limiting rear-swing motion even on rough terrain. A removable waterproof inner bag ensures sensitive items remain dry and simplifies packing and cleaning.

Suitable for

• Bikepacking and overnight trips where rear rackless storage is required
• Long-distance rides and endurance cycling to carry extra clothing and food
• Daily commuting when additional under-saddle storage is needed
• Transporting tools and repair kits for on-trail maintenance

Key specifications

• Capacity: 10 litres
• Materials: nylon fabric with polyethylene reinforcement
• External dimensions: 600 mm (width) × 200 mm (depth) × 180 mm (height)
• Mounting: saddle-mounted system with compression straps
• Inner waterproof bag: included, removable

How to use

Attach the BackLoader to the saddle rails and seatpost using the saddle mount system according to the manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring straps are routed securely and tightened to minimise movement. Place bulkier items toward the front of the bag (closer to the saddle) and lighter, frequently used items toward the outer end for easier access. Use the compression straps to reduce pack volume and stabilise the load. Insert the included waterproof inner bag for items that must remain dry and remove it for packing or cleaning as needed.

Recommendations

For best stability, distribute weight evenly and keep heavier items close to the saddle. Regularly check and retighten mounting straps before long rides. Use the waterproof inner bag for electronics or clothing in wet conditions, and avoid overloading beyond the recommended capacity to maintain safe handling.
