Install the Brady M21-1500-427 cartridge into a compatible BMP21 PLUS label printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Design and print text on the white printable zone; the cartridge’s translucent overlaminate will automatically apply over the printed area as labels are dispensed, protecting the text from abrasion, moisture and oils. Apply the label to a clean, dry surface and press firmly to ensure full contact with the permanent acrylic adhesive.

Recommendations

For best results, clean the application surface of dust, oil and moisture before applying the label. Allow sufficient curing time for the adhesive on low-energy plastics and test adhesion on difficult substrates prior to full deployment.
